Before I start off, Happy New Year everyone...

As we draw near to the end of the month, and with it the end of the semester, IT is coming to a close. And I know what we're all thinking, "Thank god to be rid of this idiotic BS spewing mouth breather" well, thats not what I was thinking but alrighty then....

I'm absolutely loving the increased amount of gifs in this post.

Anyway, I'm supposed to show you how to create a key chain with sketchup, so i might as well get on with it....

How to create the most majestic key chain ever using SketchUp

First, install SketchUp <------------

Next, open SketchUp and go to "choose template" and click "Architectural Design - Millimeters"

Start using SketchUp

Next, you get a screen that looks like this...

Just erase that stupid dude.

Next, go to Camera > Standard Views > Top

It should look like this...

Then, choose the Shapes tool, and make a box with the dimensions 100, 40

Its really small, but its a blue box against the red and green lines. Next, zoom in.

Use the measuring tool to make a box like this.

Next, use the Arc tool to create this.

Then, erase everything but the arcs you made, and make lines connecting them together.

Next, with the power of Jesus (Push/Pull tool) rise it up to 10mm.

After, just put a design of your choice inside it, make sure its all grouped together.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND we're done.

So this week was wellness week, so in IT we learned about the dangers of alcohol and how teenagers are in danger if they drink it. Personally, I believe everything in moderation, especially if you're under age. So, I pretty much just gotta tell you what I learned about the danger of alcohol abuse.

The percent of teenagers that drink alcohol....

Only about 14% of all teens in America have said that they've never touched alcohol. Now, if we were talking about my school, 95% of the 14% would be lying. But this is not just my school, so I cannot confirm or deny anything. However, 90% of people who have a substance problem say they started before they turned 18.

The amount of deaths due to alcohol....

Whether you are driving drunk, over dosing, or just getting so drunk your blood becomes the liquor,

you are in constant danger when you abuse alcohol. They should put a disclaimer at the beginning of every Trailer Park Boy's episode so that people will learn that YOU ARE NOT INVINCIBLE.

(P.S. Swearnet, a disclaimer is not needed, i'm 60% sure people aren't so stupid as to re-enact a Trailer Park Boy's episode... 60% sure...) Millions of people die all over the world due to substance abuse.

What is Existentialism?

Now, if you were to just ask me this right out of the blue, i'd probably make up some weird definition of the top of my head. However, google is my best friend.

According to Wikipedia, Existentialism in defined as a philosophical theory or approach that emphasizes the existence of the individual person as a free and responsible agent determining their own development through acts of the will.

This week is wellness week, so we have to do all this stuff telling why....

So, I had to do one of these educational tests about alcohol, and why its bad. I cant find a meme about liquor, so, now this is less funny... anyways, here is the project...

FINAL DAY

Although I didn't complete the whole Game Journalism thing, im pretty sure I did a good job at what I completed, now, my final moments with Subsistence...

How I played the game...

When I play survival games, with the exception of Ark, I play defensively. I usually never staryed far from my camp, and only fought something when I needed to. In my eyes, this is the smartest possible way you can play a survival game. Never get lost, always have some kind of food in your inventory, and always, ALWAYS , conserve your ammo. Never use your ammo on some lowly rabbit or chicken.

Did I find a Hunter...?

I may have gotten one hunter in the game, but not that I know of, I only had a Base Command Unit (Which spawns The Hunter) once, and only for 20 minutes or so, as I ended up rage quitting when I lost all my stuff to a bear. 

How far could I get in 30 minutes...?

I believe I could get a small base, or at least a foundation that could be used as a roof...

Now its time to prove it....

Subsistence

So, day 4. I didn't improve much from yesterday, except I died some more. And since I can't be bothered to take screenshots every time I die, I got my head in the game and built something.
